Description
This delicacy should not be missing on any Zvieri-Plättli. The spicy dry sausage is suitable for eating raw. The dry sausages can be kept for a long time even without refrigeration and are therefore ideal as an energy supplier for hikes.
For the production unnecessary additives are renounced. Only organic, natural ingredients are used. For example, there is no nitrite curing salt in the sausage but sea salt and beetroot powder.
