    What does a Swiss farmer have to do with olive oil? More than you'd think. Through my consulting work in leaf sap analysis, I support a colleague in Spain in farming his small olive grove sustainably, without synthetic pesticides — with the goal that these trees will keep bearing fruit for another 80 to 100 years.

    The result: an olive oil that speaks for itself. Cold-pressed, early-harvested for a high antioxidant content, from controlled cultivation without pesticides. No frills — just honest, high-quality oil.
